Who we are
and what we do
We are a relatively new company based at Andøya in Nordland, Norway. This is future island where we’ll make a huge impact together that will be noticed far beyond the Norwegian borders.
We are the space hub at Andøya with access to unique infrastructure, Andøya Space, space village, test centre, innovation centre and Andøya Spaceport. Andøya is connected to the national roadsystem, has a large airport, fiber access throughout the island and ports with large deep-water berths. These are our advantages that we need to build upon.
The company has four owners. However, in our strategy we’re open for further shareholders - it just needs to be the right ones.

Captain James T. Kirk USS Enterprise (Star Trek)
Who hasn’t felt the thrill of hearing this sentence at the beginning of each Star Trek episode and wished that you could access space yourself?
That is exactly what newspace is - a way of making space much more accessible.
